The terms that apply to every artwork bought through the website, in Brazil and abroad.

Price

The price of each artwork already includes packing, insured shipping and, for international purchases, import duties. There are no extra charges on delivery.

A obra é despachada depois da confirmação do pagamento, no prazo combinado com a representação comercial.
Shipping is by carrier, with tracking and insurance for the full value of the artwork, within Brazil and abroad.
The artwork is professionally packed to protect the painting in transit.
The tracking number is sent on the day of dispatch.

Se a obra chegar danificada, avise em até 48 horas depois da entrega, com fotos da embalagem e da obra.
MY artes offers professional repair of the artwork or a full refund, whichever you prefer.

Você tem 14 dias, contados da entrega, para devolver a obra, no Brasil e no exterior.
The artwork must be returned in its original packaging and undamaged.
Within Brazil, return shipping is paid by MY artes. For international purchases, return shipping is paid by the buyer.
O reembolso é feito em até 14 dias depois que a obra chega de volta, pelo mesmo meio de pagamento.
Commissioned artworks cannot be returned, as they are produced to your specifications.

Every artwork comes with a certificate of authenticity hand-signed and dated by Marcus Yabe.
The certificate states the title, medium, dimensions, date of creation, date of purchase, MY artes control number and an image of the artwork, and is placed inside the packaging.

In Brazil: credit card, Pix and bank transfer.
Outside Brazil: international credit card, PayPal and international bank transfer.
No Brasil, o pagamento pode ser parcelado no cartão. O número de parcelas é combinado com a representação comercial.
Uma obra pode ficar reservada mediante sinal. Prazo e valor do sinal são combinados com a representação comercial.
